Vulcan Fire is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Golden, Colorado. The Senior Project Manager will oversee Fire Alarm construction projects from planning through completion and will serve as a technical resource for customers, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Maintain clear communication from project initiation through the warranty period

Collaborate with the Sales Team to analyze requirements and develop solutions

Support estimating efforts for contract projects

Conduct site surveys and review estimates prior to submission

Manage operational execution of projects and work orders

Oversee the scope of work, change orders, and project documentation

Lead project kick-off meetings and coordinate schedules with trades and owners

Order equipment, schedule labor, and monitor costs for accuracy

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Maintain documentation using Bluebeam and issue close-out documents
