Process patient orders
Prepares and disassembles patient charts
Prepares forms and documents required for patient care
Communicates unit related and/or patient related needs to other departments and healthcare team members
Request and obtain supplies and equipment
Answer phones and greeting visitors
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
Preferred
Business school or Associate Degree in Business preferred
Certification as a Healthcare Unit Coordinator (HUC) preferred
