Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business and technology
Oversee the systems solution and ensure that the solution aligns with business goals and processes
Analyze and assess insurance-related datasets to identify data quality issues and recommend remediation strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements
Develop system diagrams and data flow documentation to support analytics and reporting initiatives
Perform data wrangling and transformation tasks to prepare datasets for analysis
Document metrics definitions, table structures, and update processes
Work closely with engineering and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and usability
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in insurance analytics and data quality assessment
Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience in Snowflake
Experience in Python for data manipulation and analysis
Ability to create clear and concise documentation, including data flows and system diagrams
Strong understanding of data structures, metrics, and update processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Must have strong actuarial analyst experience working with insurance data
