Program Manager, Business Process Management

Responsibilities
Work effectively with cross-functional teams (Engr, Q2C, BU/Go-to-market) at all levels to drive UAT and Production Validation preparedness and execution for new platform capabilities and product launches
Develop and manage detailed workback schedules to track key operational tasks throughout the project lifecycle
Build a UAT tracker and testing sprint schedule to plan resourcing around concurrent UAT asks
Provide timely status updates, proactively identify roadblocks, and guide teams toward resolution and next steps
Define UAT scope and testing strategies in partnership with QA and Product Owners across projects of varying complexity
Assess system and environmental readiness, including interdependencies with other initiatives
Post-launch, identify and resolve process and system gaps affecting quote-to-cash workflows
Support change management by preparing stakeholders for upcoming changes and ensuring smooth adoption
Qualification
Required
6-8 years of experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to clearly explain challenges and support decision making
Proven ability to solve problems and lead projects to completion in fast-paced environments
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Flexible and resilient in adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
