Develop and maintain headcount, labor, and space forecasting models

Build dashboards and reports that support day-to-day operational planning

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of program management experience

Experience in Real Estate, Workplace Strategy, or Headcount/Labor Planning
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
