Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL)
Configure FSL components including service territories, service resources, work types, scheduling policies, and mobile settings
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services (REST/SOAP)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, data integrity, and FSL functionality
Participate in code reviews, QA testing, and deployment planning using version control and CI/CD pipelines
Support ongoing enhancements, user training, and documentation for Salesforce and FSL modules

Required

4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
Strong understanding of FSL data model, scheduling engine, dispatcher console, and mobile features
Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and third-party connectors
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification required

Preferred

Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification strongly preferred
Experience with Service Cloud and Salesforce mobile development
Knowledge of Git, Jira, and DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, GIS, or asset management tools
Experience with testing frameworks and Salesforce DX
