15 years of overall experience
10 years of experience as a Data Platform DevOps Consultant
Proven ability to lead operations of scalable infrastructure with a focus on automation, CICD, and reliability
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Experience with AWS cloud platforms
Ability to collaborate across infrastructure, data, and data engineering teams
Experience ensuring compliance and SOX in deploying data pipelines
Proficiency in driving self-service, enhancing monitoring, and health engineering capabilities
Preferred
Engineering mindset for setting up IDP with a focus on development and architecture
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions
Familiarity with standard enterprise design patterns and automation
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
Experience in developing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
Knowledge of best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation
Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers
Commitment to improving the developer experience by identifying and addressing pain points
Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to developer experience platforms and portals
