Responsibilities
Source, screen, and qualify top-tier engineering talent (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) for full-time roles
Utilize JobDiva ATS for end-to-end candidate tracking, job postings, and client communications
Collaborate with internal recruitment leads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates
Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing to offer negotiation and closure
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in JobDiva and comply with client-specific documentation requirements
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering candidates for current and future needs
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through consistent communication and feedback
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting for Engineering roles (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical – Full-Time Positions)
5+ years of experience with JobDiva ATS – must be highly proficient in using JobDiva for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
Proven track record of successful engineering placements
Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and referrals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Experience working with US/Canada-based clients and understanding of local recruitment processes
