This role involves managing user lifecycle processes, enforcing access governance, and collaborating with security and IT teams while focusing on advanced PowerShell scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME in IAM systems (Microsoft Entra, Okta, Active Directory)
Develop and document IAM processes: monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity planning, change management
Maintain diagrams, workflows, and documentation
Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and vendor relationships
Support other IT teams (Cloud Ops, Cyber Security, Systems Admin)
Lead IAM infrastructure projects and system analysis
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or equivalent experience
7+ years in IT, 4+ years in server/applications administration
Expert in PowerShell scripting & IAM process automation
Experience with Microsoft Entra, Azure AD Connect, ADFS, LDAP, JAMF
Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, MFA, YubiKey, PKI, RSA SecurID
Strong organizational and communication skills
CMMC implementation experience

Preferred

Expert-level Azure & Microsoft Windows administration
Professional certifications (MCSE, Azure, Okta, etc.)
Linux (SUSE, RedHat, CentOS) experience
SEIM tools integration & NIST 800-53 rev 4 knowledge
