Responsibilities

Co-lead and manage transformation projects related to engineering applications

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet established quality standards

Act as both a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Director of Engineering Systems

Oversee the entire engineering applications portfolio, keeping applications up-to-date, secure, and optimized

Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

Implement best practices for application management and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure that PLM solutions meet evolving needs

Drive initiatives to enhance application performance, reliability, and user satisfaction

Develop and maintain documentation, roadmaps, and KPIs for PLM and engineering systems

Lead digital transformation initiatives across engineering systems and data governance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT related background, with a focus on engineering applications and specifically with the PTC Windchill PLM system

At least 5 years in project management

Proven experience in application portfolio management, strategy development, and project management

Strong understanding of product development, lifecycle, change and configuration management

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills

Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture is advantageous

Project Management certification a plus

Leadership experience a plus

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status
