Responsibilities
Ensures timely completion of vacant unit turns
Identifies areas or items in need of improvement or replacement and makes recommendations
Performs turnkey operations, punches items including but not limited to Plumbing repairs, Lock, smoke alarms repairs/replacements, Appliance repairs, A/C filters replacements, Light bulbs replacements
Installs ceiling fans, wall sockets and performs minor plumbing and electrical repairs
Assists with performance of preventative maintenance onsite
Assists with completion of work orders as needed
Ensures all inventory items are in good working condition
Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
High School diploma, or GED equivalency
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage time
Preferred
Apartment industry experience is preferred
Maintenance knowledge of painting, landscaping, apartment fixture repair/replacement is a plus
