The role involves assisting in executing digital media plans, clerical duties tied to billing and media, and preparing media presentations while managing multiple projects across various industries.

Clerical duties tied to billing and media, preparation of media presentations using Microsoft Office, and research projects
Assist in executing digital media plans through trafficking ads, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizations
Assist Supervisors, Associate Media Directors, and the Media Director
Once skilled in this position, you will be taught media buying (print, OOH, online)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or Communications
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
Experience using the Internet for secondary research activities
Excellent written, verbal, proofreading, and organizational skills
Preferred
Knowledge of online planning and tracking tools (i.e. ComScore, 3rd Party Ad Server) is helpful
