Responsibilities

Promote and provide leadership for cross-sales programs; assist in motivating and coaching staff

Responsible for all operational aspects of the Branch including security, compliance and operational procedures

Maintain superior knowledge of all RCB products and act as point of contact for branch staff

Attend branch community events

May work additional hours as needed

Required

3 years of banking experience – 2 years in a supervisory position

Demonstrated ability to make decisions and solve problems
