Responsibilities

Responsible for Plan revenue growth by generating and implementing new group business in self-insured markets

Integral to the development and maintenance of key business relationships and is a highly visible face of the Plan in a complex and competitive marketplace

Serving in a consultative capacity, ensures Producer/Consultant training and productivity and facilitates cross-selling revenue enhancement to maximize Providence Health and Services penetration with Workplace Health Services opportunities

Collaborate with top-tier brokers and consultants to deliver innovative solutions to large employers with 2,500+ employees

Required

Bachelor's Degree or experience in all aspects of Health Plan commercial group benefits with a proven ability to self motivate and problem-solve

10 or more years successful insurance industry sales, including both fully insured and self-insured experience
