They are seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Strategy to lead and scale commercial operations, ensuring a unified global growth strategy and strong execution in the teleoperation and robotics sectors.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the firm's global commercial strategy
Lead and mentor VP and Director sales teams to achieve sales targets
Set annual sales goals, revenue targets, and performance metrics
Report to executives on market trends, forecasts, and partnerships
Manage customer acquisition and retention in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
Build relationships with OEMs, robotics manufacturers, and system integrators
Negotiate commercial agreements, joint ventures, and partnerships
Promote the company's teleoperation platform across various verticals
Work with engineering, marketing, and operations to align products with customer needs
Develop strategies for entering new markets and industries
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Promote accountability, innovation, and collaboration globally
Maintain communication between sales, marketing, and product teams
Improve sales methods, CRM, and performance tracking

Required

20+ years of progressive leadership experience in global sales, strategy, or business development roles
Proven success leading multi-region sales organizations in robotics, teleoperation, automotive, or advanced technology sectors
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Deep understanding of enterprise and government procurement cycles, with experience closing complex, high-value deals
Demonstrated ability to build and scale international partnerships and strategic alliances
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with strong executive presence
Entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 40%)
