Senior LevelVeracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Project Manager with a focus on concrete projects. The role involves providing leadership and direction for complex projects, managing profitability and administration, and ensuring safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Provide overall direction and leadership, and owns project outcomes for significantly complex projects and/or multiple projects
Fully implement and manage the operation, profitability and administration of projects
Lead all aspects of the company's safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others
Investigate safety incidents and retrain staff as needed
Support the preconstruction team including quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope of work development, scope review, bid package development, schedule development, bid list creation and bid advertisement
Lead plan and implementation of buyout schedule
Verify pricing and scope, identify successful bidders, provide gap analysis against initial scope and manage issuance of subcontracts
Manage the submittal schedule setup
Coordinate priorities with the team; review and approve all shop drawings and samples prior to submittal to architects or engineers
Ensure approved submittals are returned to subcontractors and available to project team per the project schedule and the contract
Lead and participate in all aspects of the project-specific safety plan and create a culture of safety awareness
Understand the preconstruction process from conceptual phase through GMP development
Complete estimating and productivity analysis
Lead or provide support to senior management for preconstruction discussions with clients
Oversee project team during development of preconstruction estimates
Identify, understand and actively manage project risks
Qualification
Required
Current Sr Project Manager or Project Manager with a concrete trade partner or with a GC's self-perform concrete group
Overall direction and leadership for significantly complex projects and/or multiple projects
Implementation and management of the operation, profitability and administration of projects
Leadership in all aspects of the company's safety culture
