New Grad, Entry LevelQualdoc is looking for skilled Welders to join their team on an off shift. This role will support automated welding operations and offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor robotic/cobot welding equipment
Perform welding tasks in accordance with specifications and safety standards
Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals
Qualification
Required
Previous welding experience required
Ability to work a 2nd shift (2 pm – 10 pm) or 3rd shift (10 pm – 6 am); must be flexible to complete an 8-hour shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
Preferred
Robotic/cobot welding experience preferred
