Account Manager - Commercial HVAC

Casto Technical Services is looking for an aggressive sales person to join us as an Account Manager for our Service, Retrofits, and Building Automation Systems (BAS). The role involves building relationships with accounts, achieving sales objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction while managing HVAC services and solutions.

Responsibilities

Build partnering relationships with assigned and unassigned accounts to sell service, retrofits and BAS systems
Willing and able to conduct cold calls with predictable results
Responsible for achieving annual objectives/quotas regarding revenue, business mix, and share
Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction with assigned and unassigned accounts
Learn and execute account management skills including building and executing account plans for success with assigned accounts
Learn and execute a sales program focused on consistent, results driven success
Utilize provided tools for account management and funnel management
Capable of maintaining a call log of selling activities and tracking follow-up activities for all sales calls
Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers
Understand how to apply, quote, and sell the product and service offerings of service, retrofits and BAS departments
Effectively use estimating tools and work with estimators for validation
Become competent in the hand off of projects to the Project Fulfillment teams
Proper and timely communication of customer complaints and issues to management and department leaders and work to implement corrective action plans to resolve customer issues
Flexibility to work outside normal work hours, as required

Required

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Social skills, a team player, and the ability to work with a variety of personalities required
Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Preferred

4 year or Associate degree is preferred but not required
Three to Five Years Mechanical or Technological Sales experience preferred
Making formal presentations to customers
