Global Relationship Director

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, enterprise-wide solutions
Guide account management teams
Implement governance programs
Expand business opportunities
Provide an excellent customer experience
Collaborate with leaders across divisions to identify growth opportunities
Address critical issues
Ensure consistent service delivery
Strengthen customer partnerships
Drive profitable growth across multiple service lines and sites
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree + 10 years of experience in senior account management or business development within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries
Strong background in science with deep understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech industry dynamics
Experience managing strategic customer relationships at executive levels
Financial and analytical skills, including P&L management and complex deal structuring
Relationship-building abilities and influence skills in matrix environments
Experience growing revenue through strategic account planning and execution
Project management capabilities and experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business analytics tools
Ability to travel 25-40% to customer sites
Experience with governance programs and executive-level customer engagement
Experience developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry compliance standards
