Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree + 10 years of experience in senior account management or business development within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries
Strong background in science with deep understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech industry dynamics
Experience managing strategic customer relationships at executive levels
Financial and analytical skills, including P&L management and complex deal structuring
Relationship-building abilities and influence skills in matrix environments
Experience growing revenue through strategic account planning and execution
Project management capabilities and experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business analytics tools
Ability to travel 25-40% to customer sites
Experience with governance programs and executive-level customer engagement
Experience developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry compliance standards
