Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports using data from multiple sources
Build robust and scalable data models, including complex DAX measures to support non-standard data scenarios
Integrate AI and advanced analytics features within Power BI to enable predictive insights
Apply time series analysis and other advanced statistical techniques as required for forecasting use cases
Collaborate closely with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions
Ensure solutions are simplified, maintainable, well-documented, and scalable for future enhancements
Present analytical findings and technical solutions in clear, non-technical language to business audiences
Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to Finance team members to support professional development
Qualification
Required
Advanced Power BI expertise, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Experience integrating AI and predictive analytics into BI solutions
Strong Python skills with hands-on experience in statistical modeling and forecasting
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and conduct effective training sessions
Strong business acumen with a problem-solving mindset
Working knowledge of financial terminology, reporting, and forecasting concepts
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development, with advanced Power BI responsibilities
2+ years of experience building machine learning or statistical models using Python, R, or similar tools
Proven experience in data modeling, performance optimization, and integrating multiple data sources
Demonstrated exposure to AI-driven analytics and Python-based statistical modeling
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar BI-related certifications
Familiarity with advanced analytics, forecasting techniques, and machine learning concepts
