Responsibilities
Assist in creating comprehensive financial plans using eMoney
Gather, input, and analyze client data to develop tailored recommendations
Perform scenario modeling, stress testing, and asset allocation analysis
Assist in the ongoing maintenance and updates of existing financial plans to ensure they remain aligned with clients’ goals and any changes in their circumstances
Prepare and organize client-facing presentation materials
Collaborate with advisors to ensure plans align with client objectives and expectations
Maintain accurate client records and planning documentation
Manage workflows and deadlines to ensure timely plan delivery
Conduct research to support plan recommendations, including insurance, retirement, and estate planning
Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in the financial industry
Knowledge and proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet deadlines, effectively manage multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Completion of or progress toward the CFP® or other relevant certifications
eMoney software experience
