Law Practice

Responsibilities

Filing and serving Workers’ Compensation documents
Prepare Medical Record Addendum’s for Doctors Letters
Heavy emphasis on scheduling depositions
Prepare Proofs of Service
EAMS System
Experience with automated, paperless software system
Formatting, editing letters and documents
Organize Diaries
Familiar in Workers Comp legal terminology
Copy records for evaluations
Schedule med-legal evaluations
Maintain file base
Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and general office equipment
Excellent grammar and communication skills
Must have a strong work ethic and have a professional and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Dependable, work independently under minimal supervision with strong attention to detail and have good communication skills
Must be reliable, punctual and have reliable transportation
Must be organized, hardworking and a team player
Occasional over time might be necessary
Work on special projects, reports, filing, research, etc
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer
Applicants are subject to a 90-day probationary period
