Responsibilities
Create production timelines and manage deliverables against tight deadlines
Build and manage estimates, partnering with internal teams and vendors to protect profit margins
Oversee print and fabrication partners based out of our Dayton, OH facilities—holding teams accountable to timelines, budgets, and quality
Lead weekly project status meetings and coordinate across creative, production, and vendor teams
Manage Workfront tasks, milestones, and communication from project setup through completion
Keep clients and internal teams aligned through clear, proactive communication
Meet regularly with creative and production leads to ensure work is tracking and on-brand
Identify process improvements that make our systems smarter and our work smoother
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of project management experience (retail, fabrication, experiential, or creative agency work preferred—but strong organizational instincts matter most)
Proven ability to juggle priorities and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, follow-through, and a collaborative mindset
Confidence to speak up, problem-solve, and take initiative
Familiarity with production methods, materials, and vendor management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workfront or Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
Willingness to travel as needed for installs or vendor/site meetings
A high standard of execution—you don't settle, and you don't expect others to either
Preferred
Have experience with environmental graphics, POP, signage, or architectural installs
Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment and love building better systems as you go
Are looking for a long-term role with room to grow into leadership
