Utilize AI-driven analytics platforms to extract insights from customer data, including behavior, sentiment, and purchasing trends

Conduct online research to monitor industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging technologies impacting customer engagement

Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies using AI to anticipate customer needs and preferences

Identify and source leads that align with the company’s ideal customer profile, using AI-powered tools and market research

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate AI-powered insights into business strategies

Create and maintain and presentations to communicate finds effectively

Advocate for the ethical use of AI in customer analytics, ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards
