Responsibilities

Take creative concepts and translate them into integrated marketing strategies that span social, experiential, and traditional channels
Partner closely with internal teams (creative, media, product, digital) and external agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned and executed seamlessly
Drive social-first thinking, using emerging trends and platform insights to maximize reach, relevance, and engagement
Present strategies, creative concepts, and performance insights confidently to senior leadership and cross-functional partners, driving alignment and influencing key decisions
Develop approaches to effectively leverage our athlete roster across campaigns, events, and social storytelling to strengthen brand impact
Contribute to a culture of creativity, curiosity, and collaboration that elevates ideas and supports strong cross-functional relationships

Required

Bachelor's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience OR Typically 14 years of relevant experience without degree
3–5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, social media strategy, or related fields
Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, experiential, and traditional platforms
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with creative, media, product, digital, and agency partners
Deep understanding of social platforms, emerging trends, content best practices, and audience behavior
Ability to present and influence at multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership—clear communicator with strong storytelling skills
Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to manage details, timelines, and deliverables
Demonstrated creativity and a passion for staying connected to culture, trends, and consumer insights that shape modern marketing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities
Strong organizational skills and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans

Preferred

Experience working with athletes, creators, or talent is a plus; ability to integrate them into campaigns in an authentic and brand-right way
