Responsibilities

Collaborate with a group of analysts and engineers to create, edit and publish training content for SPM Field Engineering team. The content can be a combination of video recording, presentation and other artifacts on a variety of commodity types as well as quality topics

Integrate feedback from the team into standard formats to be used as a playbook for supplier product compliance technical verification

Extract, monitor, analyze and validate data and information from multiple sources

Actively monitor supplier delivery and quality performance trends in multiple systems

Develop engaging and collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal partners / customers to drive problem resolution

Required

Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2026

Be majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or closely related discipline

Be proficient in multimedia and graphic editing as well as content creation and management

Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026

Preferred

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 or higher

Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)

Good data analytics skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel formulas, pivot tables and PowerPoint

Good presentation skills is a plus
