The Internal Sales Associate role focuses on building relationships with Financial Advisors, driving sales, and collaborating with various teams to enhance product education and market insights.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with Financial Advisors nationwide through proactive outreach, consultation, and product education
Partner with external wholesalers to drive sales and develop regional strategies
Represent SmartTrust® with professionalism and expertise, becoming a trusted resource for investment insights and market updates
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to distribute sales ideas, webinars, and updated materials
Manage client data and communications within a CRM platform, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline tracking
Participate in ongoing sales training, industry education, and firm development programs
Lead or assist with special initiatives designed to expand distribution or improve operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
FINRA Series 7 & 63 license
1–3 years of financial services or client service experience preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
A team-first mindset and desire to grow within a national distribution organization
