Responsibilities
Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Maintain relationships built with customers
Keep track of inventory and know all product offerings, optional packages & the latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicles
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Be willing to conduct sales activities at both the Stevens Point and Plover locations, if necessary
Qualification
Required
Love working with customers face-to-face, as well as through email and phone conversations
Love working independently, as well as part of a team
Ready to hit the ground running
Fantastic communication skills, verbal and written
Steadfast follow-through with all duties and communications with customers and teammates
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Available to work 5 days a week, including some Saturdays. If scheduled Saturday, one weekday will be scheduled off
Driving record with no more than 2 minimal traffic-related offenses in the last 3 years
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record
