Project Manager - Land Development

They are seeking a Project Manager to support their San Diego office, where the role involves managing land development projects, client interactions, and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Identify design criteria plus plan and execute effective designs
Provide direct client interface and spearhead plan processing at public agencies
Participate in marketing, business development, lead finding, and pursuit of new work
Completion of administrative and finance responsibilities including invoicing, monitoring, proposals, change orders, timecard approvals, and attending required meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university and civil engineering design experience of at least 10 years
At least 3 years of experience serving as the central design figure, mentor to employees, and lead for overseeing workflow of projects
Excellent problem solving, decision-making, communication, and team building skills, and abilities to manage a land development project from start to finish (entitlements through construction support)
PE certification required
