Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for technical roles including software engineers, systems analysts, cybersecurity professionals, and other IT positions
Identify and engage candidates with active security clearances (e.g., Secret, TS/SCI) and relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CISSP, PMP)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating offers, and onboarding
Ensure compliance with OFCCP and other federal hiring regulations
Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and hiring metrics
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Represent Syneren professionally at career fairs, networking events, and industry meetups

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a government contracting environment
Strong knowledge of security clearance processes and federal hiring standards
Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and EEO regulations
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
