Responsibilities

Drives strategy to execute marketing assets and content in assigned areas of business. Fields and evaluates all project requests for their areas

Works closely with creative, marketing, merchandising, and production groups in the planning, execution, and on-time delivery of marketing assets

Sets up and leads kick-off, follow-up, turn-ins and all necessary meetings for specific projects as well as oversees execution for team

Oversees a team of Project Planners, with direct responsibility for growth and development

Required

Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university

5+ years direct experience

Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner

Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels

Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
