Responsibilities
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in network design, administration, and infrastructure management; Cisco hardware administration; network server and workstation design and management in a Microsoft Active Directory environment
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in cybersecurity, firewall administration, backup system management, VMware, and Exchange server administration
Minimum three years’ experience in telecommunication system administration, including VoIP telephones, voicemail, automated call distribution (ACD), interactive voice response (IVR), and call recording systems
Experience documenting system configurations
Experience serving as a project leader
Qualification
Required
