Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with key and new clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Develop and execute sales strategies, lead pitches and proposals, and conduct market research to identify business opportunities
Oversee cross-functional teams and coordinate with other teams to ensure customer successes and overall account management success
Negotiate contracts, fees, and rates to close deals and drive revenue growth
Track progress, manage client budgets and billing, and provide detailed reports to leadership (Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews)
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven success as an account executive with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Expertise in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales management tools and abilities to lead high level use case conversations
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are essential
Understanding of the specific industry and market trends is crucial
Preferred
Department of Justice top secret clearance
Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and evolving client needs
A driven and motivated attitude focused on achieving targets
May require some travel for client meetings and industry events
