Responsibilities
Review travel requests and itineraries to elevated risk destinations to ensure compliance with policies
Monitor the Global Travel Risk mailbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
Support crisis management operations during major incidents, which may include working outside of normal business hours
Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate information sharing and document regional travel risks
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis
2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft communications for senior executives
Preferred
Experience supporting global travel, travel risk, or corporate security programs for multinational organizations
Proficiency with office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience using third-party travel risk platforms like Crisis24/Worldcue, Everbridge Travel Protector, or International SOS
