Responsibilities

Processing invoices, batches, and reports for assigned clients on time and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Directly research and resolve customer complaints/issues with invoice processing related activities not limited to: Late/missing invoices

Late payments and late fees

Incorrect coding

Improper batching

Collaborating with internal groups, project managers, clients, and any necessary carriers, to ensure that all clients' issues are promptly handled

Performs other related duties as assigned
