Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on a W2 basis
6 or 6+ years of experience with ITIL/ITSM technology
Must have experience as change manager of problem manager
Thorough knowledge and experience in modern change management principles and methodology
Expertise in ServiceNow
Demonstrated experience working with ITSM toolsets required for proactive problem/change management
Significant experience in change and problem management
Experience managing processes within an ITIL (or equivalent) environment
