Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with veterans and their families
Explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options with clarity and professionalism
Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing policy support
Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Participate in weekly training sessions, development meetings, and leadership workshops
Qualification
Required
Authorized to work in the U.S
Reliable internet connection
Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam access
Background in benefits advising, sales, or client services
Strong virtual communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, coachable, and mission-driven
Comfortable with Zoom, CRMs, and digital documentation tools
