Refer.IO is an innovative AI company focused on community-led demand generation. They are seeking a Community-Led Demand Generation Specialist to build relationships and facilitate meaningful discussions within the B2B growth sector, specifically targeting mid-sized companies.

Responsibilities
Identify and invite the right people into targeted roundtable events for the B2B growth sector
Lead or co-host those events and guide meaningful group discussions around topics like AI for lead generation, sales automation, and customer success
Build and nurture a niche community of B2B leaders
Support a rhythm of follow-up touchpoints after the roundtables
Create authentic outreach that sparks conversation (not copy-paste spam)
Collaborate on long-term engagement workflows and strategies
Occasionally run pre-calls, interviews, and podcast-style sessions to go deeper with standout voices in the B2B space
Qualification
Required
Experience in community building, partnerships, client success, recruiting, or SDR work
Ability to facilitate meaningful experiences that drive value
Strong communication skills to connect with B2B leaders
Curiosity and strategic thinking
Ability to lead conversations and follow through on commitments
Intellectual hunger and willingness to learn about AI and its applications
Experience in organizing and co-hosting events or roundtables
Skills in creating authentic outreach that sparks conversation
Ability to build and nurture a community of B2B leaders
Experience in follow-up touchpoints and engagement workflows
