Responsibilities

Provide guests with water, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements, Umbrellas and facility orientation at the Pool & Beach

Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures

Conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities, and phones

Provide information and assistance to hotel guests as requested, give them an orientation, have them register and is familiar with all hotel services and hours of operation

Anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary

Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
