Responsibilities

Process and analyze survey data, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards
Interpret and understand complex civil, structural, and architectural plans
Create and review construction staking calculations for field crews using AutoCAD software
Prepare and review As-Built record drawings from engineering files and field data
Comprehend and interpret surveys, deeds, legal descriptions, and recorded documents
Conduct preliminary boundary calculations and title reviews for professional approval
Prepare base drawings for ALTA/Boundary surveys, topography, and other land survey documents

Qualification

AutoCADCivil 3DInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsProject management

Required

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)
Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
Capacity to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Position requires on-site presence; remote work is not available
