Responsibilities
The Manager will support Virtual Brands, Labs and Platform teams, by partnering closely with the Senior Manager, Chantel Koch
The key initiatives will include managing vendor partnerships, team communication and process development
Scope and lead new long-tail projects to eventually establish processes within Vendor Operations
Ensure successful implementation before transitioning ownership to core vendor operations teams
Develop a playbook and/or alternative tracking for all Labs initiatives new, ongoing, and past
Document and update playbooks to reflect any new or updated processes
Oversee pre-onboarding and initial quality checks for Virtual Brands
Address blockers affecting the onboarding timeline
Manage ongoing issues with DDMx and work order generation
Ensure the quality and compliance of every Virtual Brand on the platform
Manage a system to track and resolve issues, identifying common trends, and taking proactive steps to prevent future problems
Conduct weekly audits with vendors and internal teams to identify non-compliant and fraudulent stores
Act as the primary point of contact for all leadership escalations, handling them with the highest priority and urgency
Manage ongoing operations for Digital Ordering, Phone Ordering, Intake DAT, Drive on Demand, Smart Scales and Drive Thru, by working closely with the Team Lead and Platforms Implementation Specialists
Implement performance scorecards for all members on the pod to track and measure their success across various initiatives
Provide analysis and reporting on performance metrics to Senior Manager, and other leadership as necessary
Keep the vendor management playbooks up to date with the latest processes, workflows, and best practices
Identify areas of operational inefficiency and suggest new approaches to optimize vendor management and project execution
Partner with the Senior Manager to act as a key player in vendor partnership management, ensuring that vendor needs are addressed and performance is optimized
Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendor ops pods to gather previous month achievements and identify opportunities for operational improvements, to reflect on the Monthly Newsletter
Ensure all pods complete Utilization Tracker by end of day, Friday, for the previous week
Take ownership of ad hoc projects as assigned by the Senior Manager, stepping in where needed to support strategic initiatives and ensure seamless execution
Submit Gemba metrics in #gemba-arun-org on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management, particularly in virtual brands, platforms, and labs
Strong communication skills to manage vendor partnerships and team communication
Ability to develop and streamline processes
Experience in managing multiple ad hoc projects
Proficiency in performance management and analysis
Experience in quality assurance and compliance management
Ability to document and update playbooks for processes
Experience in vendor relationship management
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and deliverables
