IMCS Group is one of the fastest growing MWBE staffing firms in the U.S. They are seeking a Technology Lead responsible for owning solution architecture and delivery for Quadient and RPD-based CCM ecosystems, defining standards, leading integrations, and optimizing workflows.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end CCM solutions combining Quadient Inspire and RPD; define data models, template hierarchies, and governance
Lead integration with upstream systems, middleware, RPD job flows, and downstream print/mail services
Establish development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategies for Quadient and RPD
Drive rationalization/migration from legacy CCM; optimize performance and cost
Mentor teams, conduct design/code reviews, and manage delivery across onshore/offshore teams
Collaborate with vendors for installation, configuration, licensing, and upgrades of Quadient and RPD
Ensure adherence to regulatory, accessibility, and brand standards

Required

12+ years in CCM
5+ years with Quadient Inspire
3+ years with RPD
Deep knowledge of RPD job orchestration, print stream management, and integration with CCM platforms
Strong enterprise integration background: microservices, API gateways, Kafka; cloud deployment experience
Expertise in Quadient deployment models (Flex/Evolve) and RPD environment topologies
DevOps proficiency (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube), observability, and resiliency patterns
High analytical skills
A high degree of initiative and flexibility
High customer orientation
High quality awareness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred

multi-brand rollouts
greenfield implementations
other CCM platforms familiarity
