Responsibilities
Serve as the go-to resource for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related systems, providing deep knowledge and troubleshooting support related to system user errors and guidance on how to maximize our resources
Standardize and continuously improve TA processes. Maintain clear, accessible documentation and ensure consistent use of systems and tools across the organization
Monitor hiring data and system usage to uncover trends, guide strategic improvements, and support regional teams in meeting their recruiting goals
Lead virtual training sessions and provide hands-on support to users learning how to use recruitment software efficiently and recruitment best practices
Act as a key liaison to field teams—hosting regular calls, sharing updates, answering day-to-day questions, and delivering operational support across all stages of the hiring process
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, or Recruiting Operations
Experience using and/or supporting ATS platforms (you're not just a user—you know how to unlock their full potential)
You love staying organized, documenting processes, and thinking strategically
You're a natural communicator who works well with remote teams
Strong time management and self-direction—you take initiative and follow through
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication (verbal and written)
Tech-savvy and systems-minded
Problem-solving with a proactive mindset
Collaborative, yet able to work independently
Organized and detail-oriented
Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-moving workflows
