Trident Consulting is seeking an SAP S/4 HANA Service Techno-Functional Consultant who will develop and implement technical solutions for the SAP Service module. The role involves translating business requirements into functional SAP S/4HANA solutions and includes responsibilities such as technical design, system integration, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Design and implement ABAP programs, custom developments (user exits, BAPIs, BADIs), and S/4HANA solutions

Develop CDS views for data modeling and AMDPs for performance optimization

Create OData services for seamless data exchange with other SAP and external systems

Provide hands-on support for SAP S/4HANA Sales and Service modules

Support end-to-end integration between S/4HANA and SAP Sales & Service Cloud or other applications

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the service modules

Develop and execute test scripts for unit, system integration to validate the configured solutions

Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, business processes, and support procedures

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system issues

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams
