Responsibilities

Lead, train, and supervise a team of 7–10 warehouse staff

Develop and implement streamlined warehouse processes with a Lean mindset

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and flow

Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

Manage inventory, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy

Maintain excellent warehouse organization, including bin location systems

Oversee delivery management, including loading and unloading of all deliveries

Maintain accurate inventory records and proper product storage

Ensure the safety of all warehouse personnel and enforce safety standards

Monitor performance, address issues promptly, and continuously improve operations

Collaborate closely with the rest of the leadership team to support company goals
