Responsibilities
Deliver a luxury, white glove, consultative experience every time
High volume of warm inbound and outbound interactions via phone, chat, text & email
Engage prospects to schedule in-person hair health consultations with a Specialist
Proactively encourage going to consultation with a confirmation call, reinforcing value
Reconnect with prospects who do not go to consultation or abandoned scheduling
Track all activity in Salesforce
Qualification
Required
3+ years in consultative sales, luxury service (call center or hospitality)
Proven success in high-touch client engagement and relationship development
Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and follow-through
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform under time constraints
Self-motivated, committed to development, and driven by performance excellence
Client confidentiality and discretion
Ability to work evenings/weekends (1pm–10pm shift) with Sundays off
Must be able to report to Phoenix Center - no remote work
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Salesforce or CRM experience
