Responsibilities
Work directly with leaders from the world’s leading and largest corporations
Shape capabilities across the organization
Develop designed experiences, including customized business simulations and app-based digital learning
Facilitate engagements with clients in a working session that incorporates humor, fun, and competition
Conduct interviews, research, and analysis to design experiences
Test programs and learn in a team-based setting
Lead projects, manage client relationships, and find new clients and opportunities to grow BTS’s business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Two to five years of experience in consulting, or in a relevant industry
Some project leadership experience is ideal, and for more experienced candidates, experience in a client-facing role is strongly preferred
Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship is required
Possesses interest and skills to learn our client's business operating models
Utilizes financial statements/metrics to understand client engagements
Applies qualitative and/or quantitative data analysis
Integrates insights from secondary sources
Creates clear and accurate written docs
Listens so the client, as well as your teammates, feel heard
Facilitates & presents in a captivating manner while communicating with others as regular people
Takes responsibility for your own work to help your team achieve objectives and outcomes
Requests and receives feedback to grow skills
Proactively looks for opportunities to help other BTSers with client and/or professional development
Preferred
Experience in a client-facing role is strongly preferred
