Responsibilities
Learn about our customers, their products, and the markets they serve
Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external customers
Support account planning and help track performance against goals
Collaborate with teams like R&D, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to support customer projects
Actively scouting for new customers, transforming leads into profitable business opportunities
Help monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Foster a collaborative team environment by actively supporting team members, sharing insights, and contributing to a culture of mutual success
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and pricing aligned with business goals
Ensure customer needs are communicated clearly across departments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields preferred)
Strong interest in pursuing a long-term sales career
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Curiosity about market trends, consumer behavior, and innovation
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience or coursework in sales or related industry is a plus
Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
Exposure to the food and beverage industry or flavor development
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
