Lead and Mentor: Inspire a dynamic team of software and DevOps engineers, coaching both internal talent and outsourcing partners to reach peak performance
Drive Reliability: Own global KPIs for service stability and performance, championing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) as a core discipline driven by automation
Innovate Tooling: Spearhead the creation and deployment of automated solutions that significantly enhance productivity for over 11,000 internal users
Collaborate Globally: Act as a crucial bridge between E-Tools and other engineering departments to ensure seamless integration and technical excellence

Qualification

Cloud/SaaS experienceSite Reliability EngineeringLeadershipCloud proficiencyScripting PythonScripting TypeScriptScripting GoLeanAgile methodologiesStrategic communicationMentoring skills

Required

8+ years in cloud/SaaS environments with at least 2 years of experience successfully managing engineering teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field with a deep understanding of lean and agile methodologies
Excellent negotiation and mentoring skills with the ability to analyze complex data into actionable insights

Preferred

Cloud proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Hands-on scripting experience in Python, TypeScript, or Go
Familiarity with AI-driven tools like GitHub Copilot or Datadog AI to automate anomalies and tasks
