Responsibilities

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making, with focus but not limited on Industrial variances
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning
Manage the month-end closing process and ensure timely reporting
Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost control and efficiency improvements
Develop and implement a daily KPI tracker to monitor key performance indicators
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of KPIs to the Division Board of Directors
Analyze KPI data and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements
Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to align financial and operational goals
Provide financial support and guidance to operational teams
Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction

Required

Master's Degree (in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering) or equivalent work experience required
Fluent in English
Ideal candidate will have a minimum 5+ years' experience of working within a finance organization
